Our first week of unemployment. As stress levels in side the house started to rise, there was always a carefree place to go. And I went there very often with the kids. Emily worked hard online, either earning extra cash through her many web-based | |
| jobs; or searching hard for new jobs in my field. I can't give her enough credit for always doing what's very much needed. But back to outside, we played in the backyard a lot. And I mean a lot. I think at first it was everyday, even multiple times per day sometimes. And always a lot of this going on: | |
 | We also took a long weekend and went down to Middleton, TN. One set of Emily's grandparents lives down here. We basically went at the last minute since we didn't have any reason to be back in town by Monday. It was a nice break from the new stress we had felt that first week and the kids had a blast. Well Owen just hung out, but I think he liked being held by everyone. |
