One of the things we try to do every year around this time is get the kids some ID cards. Luckily we have always been able to find a festival where they provide the Kids IDs for free. Looking through the pictures, it seems that most of October was spent in preparation for Halloween. Both Violet and Owen went as frogs (as you will see in a future post). And Fletch was the Almight Bee that just keeps getting past down.
Our first Halloween event this year was a Barn party out by our friends house. Violet went as a cat ... I think. Violet and Fletch were very interested in the ghost that lurked around the barn. This was pretty cool as it was one of those robot vacuums with a make-shift ghost attached to it.
